March 17, 2004 I need some good luck damnit! If I were making twice the money I'm making right now, my financial future still wouldn't look very good. Better but not best...know what I mean? I'm getting really close to 32 years old and I have no savings, no retirement fund, a ton of debt...and on and on and on. And it's sad but I really don't even know how social security works. Doesn't the benefits you draw directly relate to the amount you've paid in SS taxes over the years. If so...I'm really screwed. I figure I'll have about $2,000 to live on in my retirement years. Don't even ask how I pulled that off:)

So it's St. Patricks Day and I'm wearing my "Lucky" green shirt, most of my friends know me as Lucky Bastard and I bought a ticket for the Lotto drawing tonight. I'm gonna get drunk and forget about it until the morning, but if anyone is sitting around with nothing to do why don't you meditate on the following numbers for me...
